At Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska, we make understanding an EOB, or explanation of benefits, and signing up for paperless delivery easy for your employees! An EOB isn’t a bill. It explains how your benefits apply to a particular claim. To get EOBs online, instead of through
the mail, all your employees need to do is sign in to their account at premera.com. Under My Account, they will select Account Settings to turn on Paperless EOBs.

On the Employee Communications Center (ECC), your resource for ready-to-share employee communications, we have content already available that will help you tell your employees about their explanation of benefits (EOB).
Explanation of benefits (EOB) content on the ECC includes a flyer/poster, email, and the content-3-ways document.
