I passionately advocate for our customers by bringing forward enhancements to resources, tools, collateral, and processes with employer and producer needs in mind.

If I could be anywhere in the world right now I would be with my twin sister. We are as close to being mind-readers as most assume, so it always makes being together fun.

I passionately advocate for our customers by… Healthcare can be incredibly complex, even those who work in the industry can attest to this, but I do my best to navigate through obstacles to find solutions and answers for my customers.

If I could be anywhere in the world right now, I would be under the warm sun, digging my toes into fine sand while listening to the ocean waves and a pina colada in hand!

I passionately advocate for our customers by doing what’s right and sometimes that’s not as straight forward as it sounds. I work with a lot of self-funded groups and so a decision that benefits a group financially may be unbeneficial to the member. So, we have to look at an issue with multiple lenses. The best solutions are when everyone feels satisfied in the end.

If I could be anywhere in the world right now, I would be right where I am, no fake backgrounds for me. I love living in Alaska and if I have to be sheltered in place, I am glad it is here. Of course, a little trip to Hawaii is always fun too!
