Your employees have a new way to find support. Lifestyle guidance resources is an employee assistance program offered as part of Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska health plans, at no additional cost.
In this program, confidential, 24/7 assistance is provided through masters- and PhD-level experts and online resources for:
- Managing stress
- Dealing with family/spousal relationship issues
- Finding child and elder care
- Surviving grief and loss
- Energizing a career
- Dealing with illness or trauma
- Getting information about legal concerns
- Solving financial problems or working on financial planning goals

We make it easy with ready-to-share material on the Employee Communications Center. The Employee Communications Center is an online library of more than 40 topics with customizable flyers, ready-to-send emails, and content in a variety of lengths.
Sign in to the secure employer website and follow the link to Employee Communications Center. Once you’re in the site, look for the Manage your health category in the left menu, then select Wellness.
