Member Discount Program Discontinued

    Premera Blue Cross has decided to discontinue our member discount program. An outline of when we will be ending the program for the various lines of business is below.

    Group Market: All products by 08/01/20

    Senior Market: All products by 08/01/20 except for the following:

    • Diet, nutrition, and supplements
      • DrVita
      • Jenny Craig
    • Eyecare services and hardware
      • DavisVision
      • EyeMed
    • Fitness
      • Active&Fit Direct
    • Health products and devices
      • Fitbit
      • LifeStation Medical Alert System
    • Hearing aids and screenings
      • Hearing Care Solutions
      • TruHearing

    Individual Market: All products by 08/01/20 except for the following:

    • Active&Fit Direct

    Employer groups can consult with Vivacity to create a customizable and chargeable program for wellness and fitness programs to engage their members.
