Look in your inbox for a message from Premera Market Research that was sent February 5, 2020. It’s an invitation to participate in our annual producer communication survey. The survey will take 15 minutes to complete and you have until March 1 to participate.
Why should you complete the survey?
We know that any survey takes time, and we know your time is valuable. That’s why we ask you to complete the communication survey. The time you spend now to provide feedback can ultimately make it easier for you to receive and find the information you need to grow your business with Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska.
What will happen with your feedback?
We use the results from our annual communication survey to improve how we provide information to you. Our goal is to make it easy for you to understand what Premera offers and how our plans and services can meet the needs of your clients.
We’ll also share an overview of the survey results in Producer News so you can see what other producers had to say.
Who will see your responses?
Individual responses to the communication survey are kept confidential. Results are viewed only at a group level, and no part of the final results will link back to any one individual.
