I passionately advocate for our customers by doing what’s right and sometimes that’s not as straight forward as it sounds. I work with a lot of self-funded groups and so a decision that benefits a group financially may be unbeneficial to the member. So we have to look at an issue with multiple lenses The best solutions are when everyone feels satisfied in the end.

If I could be anywhere in the world right now, I would be Right where I am, no fake backgrounds for me. I love living in Alaska and if I have to be sheltered in place, I am glad it is here. Of course, a little trip to Hawaii is always fun too!
