Rates for individuals enrolled in a Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska grandfathered plan will remain unchanged through April 30, 2020. Typically, rates for grandfathered plans are adjusted starting May 1 of each year.
During the week of February 19, Premera mailed members with a grandfathered plan a letter that notes the rates for the coming year.
