April 15, 2021
Starting May 10, 2021, Premera will add Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to the OneHeathPort Single Sign-On (SSO) service. When accessing the secure portal through OneHealthPort (OHP), you'll be prompted for MFA after logging in to the SSO using your OHP ID and password. This will provide another layer of security using an additional authentication method like a One Time Passcode (OTP) sent via email or Google Authenticator.
To prepare for MFA, the option to make changes to your EFT account will be temporarily unavailable starting April 8, 2021. If you need to make address changes, email provider.relationswest@premera.com.
To ensure seamless access, you can verify your SSO email address and download the Google Authenticator app in advance. Visit OneHealthPort's MFA page at onehealthport.com/multi-factor-authentication or call OneHealthPort's Service Desk at 800-973-4797 for more information.
