Our real-time estimator tool remains down for maintenance until further notice. This tool is used by medical and dental providers to estimate member cost share without having to submit a claim. The estimator tool is also used for submitting claims. We’ll
include a message on the secure My Premera dashboard page as soon as the tool is available.
To submit a claim while the tool is unavailable, you can:
- Mail a paper claim.
- Sign up for Office Ally, a free service.
- Use your existing software to create and submit claims electronically through a billing service or clearinghouse.
Note: Our EDI team must pre-enroll providers before they can submit claims electronically through Office Ally. To find out more about using Office Ally, email our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) team at EDI@premera.com.
