By 7/1/17, Premera will have just one medical plan option, the Health Savings PPO Plan
Starting in 2015-16, Premera will begin a two-year transition to a single medical plan option, the Health Savings PPO Plan (HSPPO). Beginning 7/1/17, the Standard PPO Plan will no longer be offered.
We’re helping you prepare. If you select the HSPPO for the 2015-16 plan year, we’ll fully cover your deductible (individual or family coverage) through a contribution, paid in two equal parts in July and January, to your Health Savings Account (HSA).
AND, when you make the online pledge during enrollment to participate in our wellness program, you’ll receive a $260 contribution to your HSA (paid in two equal parts in July and January). This pledge confirms you’ll participate in the new eRewards and TRAKK tools launching this summer.
