To improve our customer’s lives by making healthcare work better, Premera is expanding the PremeraLISTENS program to include a new survey that is focused on measuring our employer group’s satisfaction. PremeraLISTENS is a customer feedback
program used to measure our customers’ experience with Premera. Your participation is key for Premera to understand where we have opportunities to improve and where we are meeting or exceeding your expectations.
You should expect to see a survey via email, if Premera has an email contact on record, as soon as July 26 from Premera@express.medallia.com. This survey takes approximately 3 minutes to complete.
We recognize you may have recently taken another survey from Premera; this current survey aims to gather added insight across a broader spectrum of interactions with Premera.
