These days, access to a primary care provider isn’t always easy. Average wait times for a new patient appointment is around 26 days.1 Last year, Premera announced a collaboration with Kinwell Medical Group to increase access to primary care and alleviate patient wait times. Designed just for Premera members, Kinwell primary care clinics often have appointments available to patients within 24 hours.
Kinwell has 17 clinics located across Washington and recently launched a statewide virtual care program that allows patients to access a Kinwell provider regardless of their physical location in Washington.
Kinwell offers an integrated approach to patient care. This approach enables Kinwell to go beyond the annual check-up and treat the whole patient for primary care, chronic conditions, and behavioral health in an environment that is personal and welcoming.
