Last year, we published a survey on our employee communications resources site, B’link at blink.premera.com.
In this survey, we asked employers how we could improve B’link to help make their lives less stressful. They shared an interesting idea—a sample communications plan timeline that would guide employers to resources in B’link
for every month of their plan year.
Sample communication timelines
Whether you have just 5 employees or 500 employees, B’link
now offers a sample
communication timeline for you. Each timeline shows important benefit and
health topics for each month of your plan year.
When you go to B’link,
you may see a pop-up to introduce you to the new timelines. You can also access
the timelines any time by selecting “sample communications timelines” on the page.
To access the timeline best for you, select your group size.
Topics are listed by each month of your plan year. If you’re in the first month
of your plan year, start with Month 1. If you’re in the second month of your plan
year, start with Month 2. And so on. To access ready-to-share flyers, emails,
and copy-and-paste content listed in the timeline, just click on the topic
names highlighted in blue. Don’t forget to come back each month to get new
topics!
Keep in mind, not all topics listed may apply to your health plan. Reach
out to your Premera representative or producer if you're unsure.
