    Premera Blue Cross has decided to discontinue our member discount program. An outline of when discounts will be ending for the various lines of business is below.

    Group Market: All products by 08/01/20

    National Accounts: All products by 12/31/20

    Senior Market: All products by 08/01/20 except for the following:

    • Diet, nutrition, and supplements
      • DrVita
      • Jenny Craig
    • Eyecare services and hardware
      • DavisVision
      • EyeMed
    • Fitness
      • Active&Fit Direct
    • Health products and devices
      • Fitbit
      • LifeStation Medical Alert System
    • Hearing aids and screenings
      • Hearing Care Solutions
      • TruHearing

    Individual Market: All products by 08/01/20 except for the following:

    • Active&Fit Direct

    Employer groups can consult with Vivacity to create a customizable and chargeable program for wellness and fitness programs to engage their members.
