Finding the right care provider is often the first step for a member on their journey to better health. Recent updates to our Find Care tool on Premera.com will make finding a provider even easier.
- Race and ethnicity are displayed on the provider detail screen when available. If the information is not provided, the Race or Ethnicity label will not show. Visit Find Care.
- The HMO Core Plus provider directory (Sherwood Network) is now live. Members of HMO Core Plus can view providers in the network, see referral disclaimer banners for non-primary care provider types and helpful links in the footer section. View the
