Members Can Access Digital Versions of Their Insurance Cards

    Members can access their digital ID cards two ways: the Premera mobile app or Premera.com.

    Premera mobile app

    Members can download the Premera mobile app from the IOS App Store for iPhone or the Google Play store for Android. After logging into the app (members use the same username and password as their Premera.com account) the ID card for the member and any dependents will be located near the top. Members can also save the ID card to their photos.

    Premera.com

    Members who have activated their Premera.com account can access their digital ID card and the cards of their dependents, print a temporary card, or request a new ID card if lost or stolen. Here’s how:

    1. Sign in to Premera.com
    2. From the member dashboard, scroll down to the Member ID section
    3. Click the box “See ID Card”
    4. Select “Print temporary ID card” or “Mail this ID card”
