For members, the Premera mobile app makes using their health plan benefits easy. Members get the peace of mind that comes with convenient access to health plan
info on the go—and we’re always looking for new ways to make it better!
With the Premera mobile app, members can enjoy the following features:
- New! View their HSA or FSA available balance: Members with a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account
(FSA) through ConnectYourCare (CYC) can now view their account balance with the Premera mobile app.
- Review their claims: Members can use the app to view detailed claims information from anywhere.
The user can see when Premera Blue Cross receives a claim, when we pay it, and what the provider may bill. Members can know more about what's going on with
their claims, and where Premera is with processing them.
- Access their digital member ID card: We've got our members covered with their Premera ID card—right on their
phone. They can even save it to their photo gallery so they can send it over to their doctor's office if they need to.
- See their deductible: With the app, members can view their individual and family deductibles for medical and dental at any time, from anywhere.
- Find care: Members can use the app to find care options of their choosing. They can find nearby in-network doctors, hospitals, urgent care facilities, and
more. They can even have a Teladoc video or phone consultation with a board-certified doctor right from the Premera app, without having to download a separate app or visit another website.
