    The world is slowly returning to normal, and we feel compelled to move forward but, how do we move forward? What’s the “new normal”? What’s safe or not safe?

    It’s been a rough couple of years for all of us, and many of your clients might still be feeling anxious or depressed. Some may be dealing with substance abuse issues because they’ve been using alcohol or drugs to cope.

    It’s Mental Health Awareness month and an opportunity to reach out to your clients to make sure they’re okay. If you’re finding that a few of your clients need a little help, encourage them to use their Premera Medicare Advantage behavioral health benefits. Their plan covers visits with mental health and substance abuse professionals for the cost of a specialist copay. All they need to do is call the number on the back of their ID card to get the help they need.
