For Medicare Advantage questions, please continue to reach out to your FMO first to receive the best service for questions about commission or your book of business. Going through your FMO
helps to speed up responses.
When it comes to assistance for your clients, please have your clients contact Premera customer service at 888-850-8526. This
is their best option for quick answers. If your clients need help beyond what customer service provides, please rely on your FMO to contact Premera. They
have the fast track to get you the answers you need.
