Premera Medicare Advantage 2022 enrollment kits are now available to order. Printed kits have everything you'll need.
- All counties are consolidated into one enrollment kit.
- Scope of appointment forms are included in every kit.
- Sales brochures are region-specific and must be ordered separately to put in your enrollment kits.
