The Silver&Fit program has something for all your clients
It's more important than ever that your clients get into a fitness routine to help them stay healthy and strong. That's why Silver&Fit is reaching out to our Medicare members this month and encouraging them to learn more about the many fitness options
they have to offer.
All Premera Medicare Advantage plans include the Silver&Fit program as well as some Medicare Supplement plans. Plan A, Plan F, Plan F High Deductible, Plan G, Plan G High Deductible, and Plan N members can enroll in the Silver&Fit Exercise and Healthy Aging Program at no additional cost.

- Find participating fitness centers and/or select the Home Fitness program. Or call toll-free 877-427-4788 (TTY/TDD: 711), Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.
