Premera Blue Cross is hosting a series of meetings throughout our service areas to help new members understand how they can get the most out of their Medicare Advantage plans. Members will learn about their plan benefits; provider and pharmacy networks;
and our member website, discount programs, and services.
When your clients attend a new member welcome meeting, they can get their questions answered directly from Premera. This will help them start off on the right foot and can reduce the time you spend addressing their concerns.
To encourage members to find out firsthand about their plan from Premera, we sent them a postcard invitation in December 2019. This was followed by an email invitation and reminder (if we had their email address).
