Premera uses Availity for secure provider portal
Premera uses Availity as its primary secure portal. Sign in to Availity or register and get training. View our Availity provider FAQ for more details.

To access the PCP roster and payment policies on our secure premera.com provider portal, providers must sign up for OneHealthPort. Visit OneHealthPort and select the Register tab in the Single Sign-On section. If you need help, call 800-973-4797.

OneHealthPort is an independent company providing online account management and single-sign on service to multiple health plans. 

Availity is an independent provider of health information network services that does not provide Blue Cross Blue Shield products or services. Availity is solely responsible for its products and services.

• AMA: Center for Health Equity - Multiple HE courses to help physicians, health providers and health systems address root causes of inequities such as racism, white supremacy, and other structural determinants of health
• AMA: Howard Brown Health - Multiple HE courses related to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual and allies (LGBTQIA+) community
• AMA: The Fenway Institute - Multiple HE courses related to the LGBTQIA+ community
• U.S Department of Health & Human Services - A Physician's Practical Guide to Culturally Competent Care
• Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) – Unconscious Bias Resources for Health Professionals - The AAMC provides resources and trainings to assist institutions with achieving organizational goals around addressing unconscious biases.
