Information for Premera Medicare Advantage Medical Providers

  • Premera Blue Cross has publicly announced the company will exit the Medicare Advantage market. As of January 1, 2025, Premera will no longer offer Medicare Advantage plans. Premera Medicare Supplement plans and members are not affected. If members have questions, please have them contact customer service at 888-850-8526.

    Premera Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plans offer your patients Medicare benefits -plus extra benefits for prescriptions and fitness programs - all in one easy-to-use plan. Medicare open enrollment occurs annually, October 15 through December 7.
