Starting on January 1, 2022, Premera Blue Cross will no longer offer individual plans in Skamania and Wahkiakum counties. Premera individual plans are exclusive provider organization (EPO) plans and are offered in King, Kitsap, Grays Harbor, Pacific,
and Franklin counties. Below is a map of counties where Premera individual plans will be offered.
Premera individual members in Skamania and Wahkiakum counties will be mapped to a new non-Premera plan by the Washington state Exchange. If a member has an individual plan, their ID card will say Individual Plan.
As we get closer to 2022, we’ll share more details about ID cards and changes you’ll need to know to care for our individual members.
