The new eligibility and benefits tool isn’t available until January 1, 2020. If you need to look up a member’s eligibility and benefits before January, call the customer service number on the back of the member’s ID card (800-607-0546).
Starting January 1, 2020, follow the steps below to look up eligibility and benefits for Premera patients with a 2020 Individual health plan. You can’t use the commercial search tool on the Premera website.
- Sign into OneHealthPort (OHP) and click on the Premera Blue Cross icon.
- After clicking the Premera Blue Cross icon, click on the “2020 Individual Plans” button at the top of the page to sign into the secure site.
- Once you’re signed into the secure site, click on “Search Member Eligibility” on the top navigation bar.
