Due to a print vendor issue, many Soundpath members who transitioned to Premera Medicare Advantage plans will not receive their member ID cards by January 1, 2019. We're working with the vendor to get the cards out by January 4. This will impact members seeking medical care or prescriptions starting on January 1, 2019.
To verify member eligibility, providers need to log in to our secure provider website. Do not use the member’s Soundpath ID card for eligibility information as those plans are no longer effective. If you have questions, call Customer Service at 888-850-8526.
