Thanks to provider feedback, we’ve made an enhancement to our Availity eligibility and benefits screen. Instead of saying “Deductible does not apply to this benefit,” it now more clearly reads: “Deductible waived. It does not apply to this benefit.”
If you’re looking for the member’s benefit booklet, visit our group benefit booklets page. Most booklets can be found via search using the group ID number. Note that some booklets may not be available due to employer
preference not to post it.
