We’re listening to your feedback and making meaningful changes within Availity as quickly as possible. Feedback is received through customer service calls, provider support teams, and Availity's online feedback feature.
We’ve added benefit information, clarified content, and created a list of enhancements to make working with us as easy as possible.
Here are some recent improvements we’ve made, based on provider feedback:

“Where do I find benefit information related to a cancer diagnosis?” |
We created a new benefit category called “Cancer.” Information about cancer, cellular immunotherapy and gene therapy, and oncology related services are all located in this new benefit category.
We also added “Cellular Immunotherapy and Gene Therapy” and “Oncology” to the benefit category of “Chemotherapy.”

“I can’t find the benefit type for radiology testing.” |
We included radiology services to the hover-over text for both “Diagnostic Lab” and “Diagnostic X-Ray.” |
“I can’t find the benefit type for fertility care.” |
We added “Fertility Care” to the hover-over text for the “Infertility” benefit category. |
“I can’t find the benefit type for telehealth services.” |
We added “Telehealth” to two different benefit categories:
“Mental Health”
“Professional (Physician) Visit – Office”
|
“I can’t find the benefit type for gynecological surgery.” |
We added “Gynecological Surgery” to the hover-over text for the “Obstetrical/Gynecological” benefit category. |
