On February 3, 2021, Premera’s provider workshop gave an overview of our tools, resources, and guides.
Here are some highlights:
- For faster service and no hold times, we’re strongly encouraging providers to self-serve on Premera.com.
- Eligibility and benefits verification and claims and payment information is online for:
- Premera members
- Other Blue Plans or Shared Administration members through BlueExchange
- FEP members through BlueExchange
- For quicker payments, enroll in our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program.
- Our Learning Center features helpful provider resources and online tool guides.
- BlueCard Resources provides information you need to serve out-of-area Blue members.
- The Dental Resources page and Behavioral Health page includes links and answers to common questions.
