Our real-time estimator tool will be down for maintenance for up to 30 days starting at 6p.m. on April 16. During this time, you won’t be able to use the tool for a claim estimate or to submit a medical claim.
This tool is used by medical and dental providers to estimate member cost share without having to submit a claim, as well as to submit claims. The tool is only available to contracted providers and can’t be used for facility charges. You can find the
tool in the left navigation of our secure website under Tools > Submit Estimate/Claim.
To submit a claim while the tool is unavailable, you can:
- Mail a paper claim.
- Sign up for Office Ally, a free service.
- Use your existing software to create and submit claims electronically through a billing service or clearinghouse.
We’ll include a message on the My Premera dashboard page as soon as the tool is available.
