Premera just launched detailed vision benefits within our eligibility and benefits tool on our provider website and through electronic transactions. This new option helps you self-serve for customer information, giving you more time with your patients.
Our new, detailed vision customer benefits include:
- Eligibility for vision coverage
- In/out-of-network benefits, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and amount remaining
- Vision exams and hardware benefits, limits, and coverage details (adult or pediatric)
- Benefit exclusions
