    The Premera Quality Program team is working the providers to improve care. Our Quality Program supports Premera’s mission of improving members' lives by helping healthcare work better. We work to provide a framework for ongoing evaluation and communication designed to the quality of care and service experience. Written with busy providers in mind, our team has created a quality and coding tool page with guides and trainings to ensure guidance reflecting current technical specifications, ICD-10 and CPTII updates, and industry standard best practices.
