While members are at home, they can still complete important health tests.
Premera works with Home Access Health (Home Access) to send preventive and disease monitoring screenings to members who are due for either of two tests. Home Access will order and send fecal immunochemical test (FIT) kits to members with colorectal cancer
screening gaps and will order and send hemoglobin HbA1c (HbA1c) test kits to members with diabetic HbA1c testing gaps. Test kits will be sent between June 29 and July 13, 2020.
Members participating in these programs receive their results within two weeks of the lab’s receipt of the member’s sample(s).
