Electronic Remittance Tips

  • Premera electronic remittance are available for all local providers regardless of contract status. To enroll with Premera EDI to receive electronic remittance, please contact your software vendor or clearinghouse for enrollment information.  If you are a direct submitter to Premera EDI or use Office Ally as your clearinghouse, you can request the electronic remittance enrollment form by sending an email to EDI@Premera.com.

    Premera Individual Plans Use InstaMed

    Premera Individual Plans are handled through the clearinghouse InstaMed. If you’d like to enroll to receive the Premera Individual plan electronic remittance reports in addition to Premera EDI Electronic remittance reports, enroll with InstaMed using the following enrollment options:

    1. Online: Visit www.instamed.com/eraeft
    2. Paper: Complete this online form, and fax it to 877-755-3392
    3. Phone: Call InstaMed at 866-945-7990 to speak with a live agent
